"YOU MORON!!!" She growled, clenching her fist and raising it as if she were going to punch him. She lowered her fist before she had the courage enough to actually punch her brother. She could punch anyone she felt like punching EXCEPT her brother. Especially when he was injured like this. "I really hope you don't plan on training with us. If you are, you're in BIG trouble!!"

Kiba snorted irritably. "Tell me how exactly I could train like this? I can't even make my bed let alone carry a sword and sheild! The only reason I came out here was to see how everyone was doing and to make sure you weren't worrying about me dying or something! So much for my concern."

"I AM worried! More than you can imagine!!!" She wailed, an explosion waiting to happen. "What if something happened to you on the way here?! You could have gotten EATEN ALIVE or something! What would I do then???" She furiously sighed and rubbed her temples with the pads of her fingers. "God dammit, Kiba.... You worry me too much." She took her fingers off her forehead and let her hair wave behind her. "...I'm sounding like mom again, aren't I?"

Kiba grinned cheekily. "Ya kinda, though you do that a lot anyways. Though I wouldn't have gotten eaten. All of the dragons around here are friendly- Those who aren't in cages...." His voice dwindled off, after abandoning his attempt to correct himself.

Luna smiled apologetically. "I'm sorry, big brother." She stated, letting her arms trail to her sides. She had a bad habit of fidgeting with her fingers when she was nervous or unsettled. "Y-you came to watch, right?" She couldn't stop thinking about that feral. Macha seemed to really.... understand her. Feel her. Not take assumptions upon her and embrace her as she was. Sure, Macha needed some anger management help, but that was easily fixed. Luna sighed, remembering the feeling of when they first met. She was so cute back then... "Wait a minute..." She said to herself, rewinding her memory. It seemed as if Macha was the same as... "Could it really be so?! Maybe.... just maybe... Did I bond with it or something? She must have been. But she couldn't be, it's practically impossible..." She kept mumbling a few things, walking as she talked, then bumped into a tree and fell in a daze. So clumsy.

Kiba laughed loudly and heartily. "And of course you manage to find the one tree in the field!! You can be so clueless sometimes Luna~" He smiled. "Yes, I did come to watch.. And I got more than I bargained for. What were those two fighting about to begin with anyways? Shu seemed genuinely pissed." Jet, who was now on his feet again, glared at Kiba, something his friend almost never did. "PSHT. Who cares? Let him throw his fit. He's nothing special. Leave the stable boy to his hay." He looked at the helmet in his hands, and threw it on the ground, walking away. "I'm not in the mood to fight today." Kiba knew that something was definately really wrong. He turned to his sister and sighed heavily. "Okay, what's going on now?"

Luna shook herself out of her daze and heaved out a sigh at Kiba's question. Jet... Shu... WHATEVER. "Well...." She started, beginning to fidget with her thin hair that rested on her shoulders. "A-apparently, Shu's real name is...." She looked around to see if anyone was listening, then moved closer to her twin and whispered in his ear. "Shuensha. After his father, the traitor!"

Kiba's chest tightened at the mention of his father's murderer, but he swallowed his feelings and pushed her hand away. "Yeaah, I got that part. I mean why were they fighting to begin with? Shu never acts up like this. Sure Jet picks on him, but this is more than the usual teasing gestures. Something bad must have been the origional issue- they wouldn't just start going after it out of the blue."

Luna thought for a minute. "Well, Jet said something about Shu being the teacher's pet or something. And how he was perfect at everything and blah blah blah blah blah...." She started, still kinda hesitant. "But I wasn't really paying attention. Macha's still on my mind kinda sorta...."

Kiba sighed and put his hands, well, hand, on his hip. "Luna, there's something that you're not telling me. I already know that Jet has a thing against Shu, that bomb's been forming for a while now but he hasn't done anything about it until this morning. Something started a fight and they both blew up at each other once the fuse had been lit. Now what's this about Macha? Did it get loose again?"

Dodgeging the question was obviously not going to work here. Luna knew the gig was up and frowned. "No, she didn't get loose again." Luna replied, stressing the 'she.' "Jet was just talking about Dad, and then all of a sudden he was yelling about.... killing Macha." She gulped hard when she said those last two words. "Jet kept going on about how Hiccup was wrong and needed to kill her, but then Sh-Shu stepped in and defended her and..." She closed her eyes and leaned her head on her brother's shoulder. "Does everyone in Burk really hate Macha?" I actually had to look back and read on this one! XD

Kiba blinked in rapid succession, wondering how to respond. Suddenly he smiled at her sympathetically. "Ya know, Shu doesn't hate her, and neither does Hiccup. That's gotta count for something right? Anyways.." He rubbed his arm. ".. I don't hate her."

She sniffed and pulled back so she could wipe her face. She didn't cry, but it sure looked like she had been. It meant a lot to her that he didn't hate Macha. "I'm gonna go find Shu." She said firmly, regaining that confident stature that had crumbled away just seconds ago. "Wanna come with or no?"

Kiba smiled. "Thanks, but I'm gonna calm the wild beast. Jet should be tromping around town right about now, kicking things through windows. I'll save a few people some trouble and stop his rampage. You go find Shu."

"'Kay." She gave her brother one last hug for good luck, then ran off among the trees. Shu was probably gone far away by now, but it didn't hurt to look for him. She darted past trees, tripped on a couple of branches, and scraped up her knee a bit until she came upon a really high cliff. She gazed out of the cliff, looking at the ocean that lay beyond the sandy beach. It was a nice view-the perfect place to go to settle down. Luna didn't know if Shu was here or not, so she gave a holler for him. "SHUUUUUUUUUUUU!" She shouted, sucking in a deep breath. "SHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!! ARE YOU OUT HERE?!" After a few minutes with no answer, she decided to climb down the cliff and look for him manually. She was pretty good at climbing down, but she still got scraped up around the top of her shoulder when her foot slipped and she fell halfway down the slope. Luna managed to catch a rock that jutted out from the cliffside, just barely saving her from breaking a few bones. She sighed in relief, then safely landed down at the bottom. She sucked in a deep breath, and called out again as she started walking. "SHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!"

Shu heard his name being called from the beach, the voice resounding on the walls of the cave. Getting up, he shifted to the very back of the cave, where he was hidden in the darkness. Whisper hid here often enough, so he was used to spending long times sitting on the cool stone. He put his head in his knees and put his arms around his legs. Hoping Luna wouldn't find him, he remained silent as her footsteps came closer to his rocky hiding place.

Luna searched for a while, then came upon a little cave. It was big enough for a dragon to just barely squeeze into, so she decided to check there. "Shu, come out please!" She yelled into the echoing cavern. She searched the cave until it got so dark her hair stood out, then pulled away and sighed. "Please, come back out." She walked on the sandy beach some more then shouted out into the ocean. "PLEASE COME BACK SOON, SHU!" When she was done, she just stared. Water. It was all fun and games until someone drowned. Sighing some more, Luna kicked a rock into the salty waters and sat down, letting the waves wash up under her dress and soaking her shorts.

Shu sighed inwardly and put his head down on his legs. Staring at the floor between his feet, he thought about his dad. He thought about Luna, and why she would come after him; his dad had murdered hers after all. Had she come to harass him, or did she not even believe Jet at all? Shu could hear her voice in his head, "Your dad wasn't really Shuensha, was he?" Shu sank deeper against the cave, laying heavily on the wall. Feeling utterly depressed, he was determined not to come out for a very long time. No one would ever accept him now. Whisper flew high over the beach, winging across the vast expanse of sand beneath him to the carverns in which Shu was hidden. When he arrived at the caverns he saw the white-haired girl sitting next to the water. Looping around, he swerved over the trees of the forest and came up behind the cave. Landing on the top of the cliff, he slunk down like a gecko, skillfully scaling the rocky face.

Luna sat there for a while, drawing pictures in the sand with a stick and watching the waves blow over her. She sighed and gave up-Shu wasn't going to come out. Not today, at least. The white haired girl got up and spotted something slithering in the corner of her eye. She looked over and spotted Whisper disappearing into the little cave. "Huh?" She walked over to where the dragon had disappeared, and crawled inside. She was curious now. "Whisper, where are you?" She called out softly, attempting to listen for the faint breathing of dragon. Hey-maybe Whisper knew where Shu was!

Whisper froze on the face of the cliff as the girl turned around, his black body brightly contrasting against the white, sandy rocks. Edging down slowly, Whisper crept to the entrance to the cave and ran across the stone into the cave. Releasing the wall of teh cavern, Whisper unfurled his wings and flapped twice, slowing his decent to the floor (Like when Toothless landed with Hiccup and Astrid). Slinking deeper into the cave, the fury's tail snaked along the ground behind him as he walked to where his partner sat.
